Create a QR code for your restaurant menu

Link guests to your online menu, ordering page, or reviews. Unlike many “free” QR menu services, the codes made here are static — they don't depend on a subscription and won't stop working next year.

Step by step

  1. 1

Upload your table tent, sticker, or window sign design.

  2. 2

Paste the link to your menu — a PDF on your website, a Google Doc, or your ordering page.

  3. 3

Add your logo to the center of the code and pick colors that match your brand.

  4. 4

Download and print. For table tents, a code around 3–4 cm wide is plenty.

Tips for best results

  • Link to a page you control

Point the code at a URL on your own website, then update the menu at that URL whenever prices change. The printed code never needs to change.

  • Beware of “free” dynamic QR services

Many menu QR services hold your code hostage: once a trial ends, every printed code redirects to an ad or an error page. Static codes have no middleman.

  • Add a Wi-Fi code too

Guests love joining Wi-Fi without typing a password. Our Wi-Fi QR code generator makes one in seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the menu without reprinting the code?

Yes — keep the URL the same and update the content at that URL. The QR code just stores the address.

Do I need an account or subscription?

No. QR Brand is free with no sign-up, and the codes never expire.
